Garnishes catered our wedding at the State Library of Queensland, and we cannot rave enough about the experience.

In the lead up, the staff were kind, so knowledgeable and very patient with me when I sent many, many emails asking questions. They went above and beyond, organising skirting for our head table, making suggestions about the flow of the day and working brilliantly with all of our other vendors.

And the food! We had a cheeseboard for our cocktail hour which was beautiful and delicious (and got absolutely demolished), and the dinner was sublime. Every dish was delicious in its own way, and the team also did such an incredible job catering for those guests with dietary requirements and making everything work seemingly effortlessly.

They also were incredible bar staff, making sure that everyone had water, and as the bride, I always had a champagne! We loved every moment of working with Garnishes, and would highly recommend having them cater any big events you are doing.

Incredible food, professional service, courteous, warm and friendly. Chris, Glenn, Sid, Alex and the team helped Nudgee College with an external event held in the Valley at Audi Centre Brisbane and were magnificent in every aspect. Need a caterer – call these guys!

I would like to extend a sincere thank you and recognition to Isabella and the wider team for their outstanding support across our recent events.

Over the past week, we had several events running concurrently, and Isabella made the catering coordination process incredibly seamless. Her organisation, attention to detail, responsiveness ensured everything was delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

First off, thank you for your incredible communication throughout the entire process. It was so comforting being able to have easy and open access to you for any questions we had throughout all our planning and we so appreciated your quick responses.

Thank you to Chris and Sarah for making the effort to meet with us on a weekend and for all the effort the team put into making sure our day went as smoothly as possible – you all had such amazing professionalism. Most of all… thank you for the delicious food! Everything tasted so, so good and we received numerous comments on how great the food was – so to Sarah and everyone that developed the menu and flavours, you are so talented. Thank you so much for providing for us on our special day. 

Lastly, we just wanted to thank you, also, for helping bring peace to what was a bit of a chaotic time when our initial caterers had to drop out. We are so grateful for you all and would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for event catering.

I would like to add that the food we were served at our function last Saturday afternoon was sensational…As were your very attentive and friendly staff. They went out of their way to please our guests. Nothing was too much trouble and always served with a friendly smile. They were truly amazing.

Also Alex, we would like to thank you for your friendly and professional service throughout the entire time we were organizing our event. You were extremely helpful.

To Garnishes executive chef Sarah Stowe, Directors Chris Stowe and Glenn Jones, Jodie, Steve, Arthur, Daniel Impey and all staff, students and suppliers, we thank you and congratulate you on the A La Carte 2 course dinner that you served hot to all the 800 attendees at the Longreach Pastoral College past Students and Staff 50th anniversary reunion last Friday and Saturday nights held on the Sports Oval with minimal facilities. Your professionalism, expedition of the meals, quality of food and staff organisation gave you a rating by attendees as the Best Ever event food that they had ever had.

To have served 800 people in 1 hour was said to be unachievable however you did it perfectly. Thank you and your business deserves to be proud of what you have achieved. I highly recommend you to any organisation wishing to provide a top class meal and event to their attendees.
